Delivery was delayed due to the seller forgetting to send the package...
The seller provided the wrong phone number. As a result, FedEx refused to deliver even though the address was correct. I had to go to a FedEx center to pick up the package.
FedEx charged me €12 for "administrative fees" when the customs fees were only €3. There is a customs duty exemption in France for purchases from outside the EU. I imagine FedEx pocketed the money. In short, it's extortion for terrible service from start to finish.
